My 50th Birthday Month Challenge

In my last post, I shared the small but powerful steps I’ve taken to build a morning routine that sets the tone for my day. These habits have become the backbone of my transformation journey, helping me approach each day with intention and focus. As I turned 50 this July, I wanted to push myself even further, tracking my movement to see just how much I could achieve in a month. The results blew me away


Turning 50 was a milestone I wanted to celebrate not just with a party or a cake, but by pushing myself physically. I wanted to see just how much I could move, how far I could go, and how strong I could feel. So, I set a personal challenge: track every step, every mile, every flight of stairs, and every minute of exercise for the entire month of July.

These numbers didn’t happen by accident. They’re the result of daily decisions and consistent habits. Every morning, I commit to my routine—whether it’s a brisk walk, some strength training, or simply taking the stairs instead of the elevator. These small choices compound over time, and July’s stats are proof of that.


Turning 50 feels like a new beginning, and these stats are just the beginning of what I can achieve. This journey isn’t just about the numbers—it’s about proving to myself that I can continue to grow, to improve, and to live life to its fullest. As I look back on July, I’m filled with gratitude for the strength I’ve built and the journey that lies ahead.
