I wrote this years ago. I was in a different season. Still hopeful, still trying, still holding a lot together. While I was still learning how to receive love, too.

I meant every word.

I just understand them differently now. When I wrote this in 2019, I was in a very different season, unsure of where this blog would lead, or what shape my life would take. I now see that every word here was a seed. One that’s still growing. This original post captures the earliest version of something that continues to shape me. Choosing love, practicing grace, and showing up honestly even though I didn’t know where I was going
